Privacy Policy

Celletronic will process personal data by providing our services as described in our “Terms of Service” and as necessary to our business. All processing of personal data is in accordance with the privacy regulation in force at any given time, including the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Agreement governs the Data Processor’s processing of the Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller to perform its Services under the Services Agreement.

The Data Processor shall process the Personal Data only for the approved purpose and in accordance with applicable laws, this Agreement and the functionalities in the services provided. The purpose of the processing, duration of processing, type of processing and types of personal data to be processed is covered in this Agreement and ensures that personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation. The Data Processor shall process personal data in the manner described in this Agreement.

The Data Processor is not responsible for personal data processed by third parties through the Data Processors API. It is the Data Controllers obligation to read and accept any terms or consents made available from ANY third party.


Why do we collect data and what we use it for?

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information in an open and transparent manner, and at all times in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/C) and the Data Protection Act (Chapter 586 of the laws of Malta) its subsidiary legislation, and other relevant legislation and/or regulations and/or guidance as may be relevant (“Data Protection Legislation”)

We may collect, record and use your personal data in physical and electronic form, and will hold, use and otherwise process that data in line with the Data Protection Legislation and as set out in this statement. We may collect basic information such as customer name, billing and delivery address, products you may like and pages you visit within our website. Our website uses cookies which contribute for the ease of use of the website. Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser by a website you visit. They help that website remember information about your visit, which can both make it easier to visit the site again and make the site more useful to you by remembering your website preferences and info about products you view so as to be able to show vou related and/or similar products.

In any case if you consider that certain information about you is inaccurate, you may request rectification of such data. You also have the right to request the blocking or erasure of data. In case you are not satisfied with the outcome of your access request, you may refer a complaint to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
