iPhone 13 comes with 4GB RAM and three memory variants : 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and is powered by the Apple A15 Bionic (5 nm) Hexa Core processor. It features dual rear cameras: 12MP + 12MP, dual front cameras: 12MP + SL 3D, (depth/biometrics sensor) and is IP68 dust and water-resistant.

The smartphone supports 20W fast charging, 15W MagSafe wireless charging, and 7.5W Qi Magnetic wireless fast charging. Other features include Face ID, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, Siri natural language commands, and dictation and Ultra Wide Band support.
